Purchasing Tickets

Q. How long do I have to complete the Purchase Process on the Internet?
A. There is a limited amount of time to complete the purchase process. If you do not complete the purchase within this time frame, the system will time out and you will need to begin the purchase process over again. Itís best to have your information ready ahead of time (name, address, phone number, email address, credit card account information and information on others you may want to re-assign your tickets to).

Q. Iím not sure if my internet purchase went through. What should I do?
A. Please call customer service at 1-888-270-6955 between 9:00 AM and 5:30 PM and they can verify the status of your purchase for you. For help after hours please call the Raffle Call Center at 1-866-658-4069.

Q. How long will it take to receive my receipt?
A. It can take up to ten business days to receive your receipt by mail. If you supplied us with an email address at the time of purchase, your confirmation receipt will be emailed to you immediately after purchase. Be sure to check your spam or junk mail folder if you do not immediately receive your confirmation receipt by email.

Q. How can I add the Health & Wealth Raffle, benefiting Barrow & St. Joseph's to my Safe Senders List so that I can be assured of receiving my Health & Wealth Raffle receipt as well as other important information about the Health & Wealth Raffle?
A. For Microsoft Outlook users, please see the two options below:
Option 1 :

To quickly add a domain name or mailing list name to the Safe Senders List:
  1. Right-click the message you consider safe from within the Junk E-mail folder.
  2. On the shortcut menu, point to Junk E-mail
  3. Click Add Sender to Safe Senders List
  4. Add Sender's Domain (@healthwealthraffle.org) to Safe Senders List
Option 2 :
  1. On the Tools menu, click Options.
  2. On the Preferences tab, under E-mail, click Junk E-mail.
  3. Click the Safe Senders tab.
  4. Click Add.
  5. In the Enter an e-mail address or Internet domain name to be added to the list box, enter "@healthwealthraffle.org" and then click OK.
Q. How do I purchase a Health & Wealth Raffle, benefiting Barrow & St. Joseph's ticket for someone else?
A. At the end of the purchase process there will be a button to click to re-assign tickets to others. The process is as follows:
  1. Enter your information as the purchaser on page one. This person must be the person who is physically in the state of Arizona at the time of purchase.
  2. The purchaser from page one must enter his or her credit card information on page two.
  3. After clicking on "Place Order", scroll down to the bottom of page three and click "Re-assign Tickets".
  4. For any tickets you wish to re-assign: enter the information of the person to whom you wish to re-assign that ticket.
  5. For any tickets you wish to keep for yourself: enter nothing; non-reassigned tickets belong to the purchaser by default.
